DimeCuba assumes no liability for security errors that may occur not for any damage caused to the user's computer system (hardware and software), or the files or documents stored therein.

Emergency calls
The services of DimeCuba has no aim of allowing or transmit calls to emergency service of type of state, provincial, national or private. DimeCuba is not responsible in any way of such callsIn the event that, with your permission, another user uses your Account, you will be responsible for informing the user that the Services of DimeCuba do not allow not carry emergency calls.
Guarantees
At DimeCuba we aim to be the preferred telecommunications company in calls, calls from Cuba, sms, and voice messages, and offer the best and cheaper telecommunications services market.
We work hard every day to improve our services and for us. Our customers are the most important and that's why we strive to offer our services with as few interruptions as possible, with the best quality that is operable to attempting to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
However, DimeCuba does not offer any explicit warranty of the Services of Dimecuba, and disclaim any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
DimeCuba can choose not to provide its services to countries or calling areas at its sole discretion. Since DimeCuba services are broadcast on public Internet lines and the public switched telephone network, you acknowledge that there may be power outages or Internet service disruption and you may experience some disruptions in DimeCuba Services. Also, you will also understand that calls, text messages, etc.. to and from the public switched telephone network are not encrypted and, therefore, can be potentially subject to eavesdropping by law enforcement authorities or other third parties over the public Internet. DimeCuba is not liable for any interruptions, delays, eavesdropping or other omissions in DimeCuba Services.
Cessation and discontinuation of services
DimeCuba reserves the right, without liability, to reject, restrict, challenge, suspend and/or interfere with or disrupt the Services DimeCuba, in whole or in part, without notice or notice to you, to fix, optimize and/or update the services of the company or by any of the grounds for termination set out in these Terms of use. DimeCuba is a website that uses a prepaid system. All transactions are done securely through SSL (Secure Socket Layer). For your security, all transactions and storage containing personal or financial information are carried in encrypted form.
DimeCuba receive payment via Paypal and credit or debit cards, by through which you perform the recharge of your balance with us.
The fraud of credit/debit card is a criminal offense. DimeCuba, use automated and manual systems to confirm proper authorization of credit/debit cards, this includes making DimeCuba the representatives call to the persons who have hired our services. Also, it keeps a track of each transaction. Information related to fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to IP addresses, detailed call records, email addresses and transaction data is collected and made available to officers to enforce the law in accordance with the application of law when required to assist in the prosecution of any persons attempting to commit fraud on DimeCuba's Website.
By using our services you consent to agree to the implementation and use of these security controls, as well as forms of payment and the change at the discretion of DimeCuba of them.

Rates of DimeCuba
On DimeCuba, all calls are billed per minute, we have no maintenance fees or monthly fees, no registration fee or other hidden charges.
The rates of the DimeCuba's Services are posted on the Site. DimeCuba reserves the right to change the rates at any time without notice. If you do not wish to accept such adjustment of rates, you have the right to cancel the Account. You agree that, by continuing the use the Services after the adjustment of the DimeCuba rates, you accept such adjustments.
At the call prices published by DimeCuba on its website, you will be charged the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) tax, which is 1.8% of the value of the call. This charge is made to all telecommunications companies by the FCC.
Calls in DimeCuba are billed per minute, except for the first minute that is invoiced in blocks of 30 seconds.
We do not have maintenance charges or monthly installments, nor setup fee.
Roaming rates and others
DimeCuba warns that it will be your obligation to pay any additional charges you incur if you connect to DimeCuba Services through a phone number provided by DimeCuba while You are in a country other than the country associated with your Supplier of landline or mobile telephony ("Roaming Rates"). All roaming rates are charged in addition to any charges incurred when connecting to DimeCuba services from another country.
The same applies to any other charges that your landline or mobile Supplier charges you for using your device outside the country where it was hired.
Refund Policy
DimeCuba shall respond any claim received on their customer service department in a written form via email to support@dimecuba.zendesk.com. The refund shall be subject to its study by the company to to determine its legitimacy. The client has a 90 days grace period to file a claim, after this deadline no request will be handled.- Amounts claimed will be refund to the user account. DimeCuba reserves the right to deny requests if considers that the service does meets the conditions stipulated, furthermore, also if it detects a fraudulent or malicious origin of such request. Likewise, DimeCuba will not return the credits earned through promotions, gifts, coupons or similar conditions.
Account History and Receipt
DimeCuba provides the customer with a history of messages, calls, etc.., where s/he can see for eligible period dates, the type of service you have used, to whom it has, the duration in the case of a call and the movement of your balance as credits are deducted from your account. You can check your History in the My Account section in our website.
Likewise, DimeCuba provides a receipt, which you get by achieving your payments.
Accounting Errors
If you think or notice that DimeCuba has billed wrong a service or has accredited wrongly a payment onto your account, you can contact us via email to: support@dimecuba.zendesk.com, witthin the following 90 days, after the error date to which you make reference. Our accounting department shall verify it and in case such error is confirmed, we will inform you as soon as possible and your balance would be refund shortly.
End of balance
The balance of the customer account DimeCuba expires 6 months after the last chargeable use DimeCuba Services. The balance amount that is not used within that period of 6 months will be forfeited.
Cancellation and ineligibility of the DimeCuba Services
If you breach any of the points made in this agreement or lie about any information, data or procedure applied directly or indirectly by DimeCuba, or is subject to any proceeding under bankruptcy, insolvency, dissolution or like, you will be in breach of this agreement and we may, without notice to you, suspend DimeCubas Services and/or terminate the Terms of Use
Cancellation of DimeCuba Services
On DimeCuba, you have the possibility to cancel the Services of DimeCuba when you decide. All our services can be canceled from the Web or by mail to the following email address: support@dimecuba.zendesk.com. In both cases you will receive a notice of termination of the Service and will from that moment be officially canceled your account or service interchangeably.
limited liability of DimeCuba and its underlying suppliers
It follows from our conditions of use that neither DimeCuba or any of our underlying suppliers, in any case, without exception, is responsible for any damage that you may have for the use of our services.
This paragraph shall remain after termination of the Terms of Use.
Transferrings
Dimecuba has the authority to assign all or part of the Terms of Service without such assignment being considered a change to the Terms of Use without any notice to you. Indemnity
